Mission: To help students become more insightful, concise, resourceful writers in all stages of the writing process. Philosophy: There are copy editors and there are coaches. Copy editors fix what you write. A coach will listen, ask tough questions and lead you to the answers. We are coaches. Goals: To encourage communication between instructors and students, collaborate with instructors on addressing student needs, provide students with a professional coach-writer relationship and increase the self-efficacy and confidence of every student we coach.

Fall 2009 Hours: Monday: 10 a.m. - noon, 1 - 5 p.m. Tuesday: 10 a.m. - noon, 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. Wednesday: 10 a.m. - noon, 1 - 5 p.m. Thursday: 10 a.m. - noon, 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. The JWC will be closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
